Solunus is now a Proud Member of the Pledge 1% Program

Solunus Inc. is happy to announce it is now a member of the Salesforce Pledge 1% program, an international non-profit initiative spearheaded by Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff. The program brings various corporate entities together to actively contribute for a better tomorrow.
The staff and the leadership team of one of the most rapidly growing Salesforce partners in North America will spend 1% of their time to support underprivileged sections of the societies they live in.
“At Solunus, we conduct various programs for the community,” said Sudhakar Pennam, the founder and CEO of Solunus Inc. “We earnestly believe partnerships are critical to the success of high-impact social programs, and the Pledge 1% program enables us to make a real difference by providing a platform to collaborate with the wider corporate world.”
The company is actively involved with several social and Non-governmental Organizations (NGOs) to serve the underprivileged. It serves food to more than 100 poor, visually-challenged kids at Nethra Vidyalaya, a not-for-profit boarding school and care provider, in the Indian city of Visakhapatnam. on the birthdays of its employees. The company also helps the little ones with free homeopathic medicines and health consultation services on alternate Sundays of every month.
Solunus Inc. also works with various social programs in North America, designed to help the underserved. Its employees volunteer to pack nutritious food for poor kids at the North Texas Food Bank (NTFB) in Dallas. The company is a strong supporter of NTFB’s Food 4 Kids program, which helps at least 11,000 kids in the North Texas area overcome the pangs of hunger. The organization also supports various charities for the elderly, including Roanoke Community and Senior Center in Dallas.
