The client is a well-known provider of corporate wellness and executive health services, headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The company has been providing customized health care solutions for the last 34 years.

Project Overview

The customer approached us to develop an effective solution to synchronize the data in their Moneris and Workday systems with Salesforce in real time. They also sought our assistance in setting up a robust system to facilitate hassle-free cancellations and refunds.

Challenges Faced by the Client

  • The client had no proper payment automation system
  • They were using 3 systems viz. Salesforce, Moneris and Workday, for processing payments, resulting in data synchronization issues
  • The customer suffered from low visibility of data pertaining to recurring payments
  • They didn’t have a robust system to process refunds and cancellations
