About the Client
The client is a leading, publicly-funded associate degree awarding institution, based in Fort Dodge, Iowa. The community college offers more than 100 highly-affordable two-year programs, in a wide variety of disciplines.
The customer sought our help in resolving the problem of low user adoption of their Salesforce system. They also wanted us to configure the system to ensure complete security of their student data and track volunteer activities and donations.
