Venkat Subramanian works as the Strategic Advisor at Solunus. He is responsible for developing and delivering the company’s enterprise cloud transformation solutions to its customers. Mr Venkat has over two decades of experience with Management, Consulting and Business development experience guiding clients with product evaluations, roadmap, vision, implementation, and integration of high-performance technology and business solutions.
Before his current role, Venkat successfully launched a Gold level Salesforce partnership at Keste as the practice lead. Venkat, over the years, has established a reputation of an expert presenter, negotiator, and businessperson with the ability to forge stable relationships with customers, end-users, management, team members and partners and build consensus across multiple organizational levels.
Venkat’s strengths include being innovative, conceptualizing complex business solutions and performing impact analysis. Venkat is a natural communicator, mentor, and leader with strong motivational skills and ability to build, produce, and succeed. For hobbies, Venkat likes to Golf and relax with a game of chess.

Darin has over 30 years of strategic business development and operational experience in a broad cross-section of corporations. Including senior-level strategy, innovation, business development, and national customer relationship management roles at several Fortune 500 financial services corporations. He led the FinTech business for one of the Fortune 500 financial services corporation and also managed an international business consulting practice for emerging, high growth businesses.

Kirk brings more than 25 years of experience in driving opportunities to provide customer value and leading strategy and operations efforts through analyzing client needs, developing service offerings, and communicating the value of offered solutions. His ability to rapidly formulate strategies and execute plans allow him to lead with valuable insight while providing clients with advisory, strategy development, implementation, migration, integration, testing and support & maintenance services.

Akash Mayank leads the marketing function for Solunus Inc. He is responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of Solunus’ business activities. Akash is a performance-driven professional with 11 years of progressive work experience in the areas of Marketing, Digital Transformation, and Business Intelligence. Before joining Solunus, he worked for Hewitt, NASSCOM, and Hewlett Packard and was responsible for their Go-to-Market activities.
Akash gets super excited about tasks that are challenging, one of the reasons behind him joining Solunus. He is a big fan of off-roading and ensures his weekends get busy with long-drives or travelling.
Working as a Technical Architect for Solunus Inc., Dilip Singh is very keen at developing Solunus’ technical expertise and aims at moving it up the ladder from Silver to Gold partnership with Salesforce. He currently leads and executes the research and development initiatives at Solunus and also performs the pre-sales activities. With over 11 years of experience, Dilip is skilled at migrating from legacy systems (like Siebel, SharePoint) to Salesforce. He has hands-on experience in integrating Salesforce with SAP, Siebel, and on-premise systems. Dilip is instrumental in implementing and launching solutions on Salesforce Communities. He boasts that he derives his strength from his family, and longs to spend time with his newborn baby girl. He is a tech-savvy, whether at work or off work, he is seen working on Salesforce and learning new technologies.
Pavan comes with over 12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. He has spent the last 12 years in recruiting at various capacities accross industries. He has been associated with Keste Software, CallHealth Services, Smarton Learning and Planman Consulting before joining Solunus Technologies. Pavan holds a graduate degree in commerce.

Pankaj Kumar works as Sr. Manager, Administration and has over 13 years of experience spanning global financial operations with strategic, operational leadership experience across IT & ITES. Pankaj core competencies include Strategic Financial Planning, Finance & Accounts, Auditing & Taxation, Secretarial Operations, and Management of Legal Issues, etc. Prior to joining Solunus, he served as Manager in Process at Cigniti, Hyderabad. He led the entire finance, accounting, HRD, IT & corporate legal departments. He successfully led initiatives like the adoption of corporate governance methodologies, modernization of payroll systems, reorganization of investor communications, implementation of cost control mechanisms, cost savings with value engineering, etc. He is a photography enthusiast and spends his free time experimenting with the camera.
Raghavendra works as a senior manager for the delivery team at Solunus and has over 14 years of experience across CRM industries. He has good exposure to end-to-end life cycle implementations of Siebel CRM, Salesforce & CPQ – CLM applications with a strong understanding of functional, technical aspects across domains. He is an expert in gathering customer needs and translating them into solutions with best approaches & practices. He is a committed, self-motivated, innovative, and goal-oriented professional to transform and develop diversified global applications.
Currently, he is leading development projects from offshore and actively involved in designing, developing, and delivering SaaS (Salesforce) applications. He is responsible for mapping the customer requirements to the SaaS application features. He is also responsible for providing solution, design, and assistance to the customers by understanding their desires & needs.
