Key Responsibilities: 

  • Create, manage, and oversee social media strategies and content

  • Build actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube.

  • Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency.

  • Facilitate scaling of brand and company awareness through various social media channels

  • Creation and implementation of the monthly social media editorial calendar as per business goals and priorities.

  • Oversee, plan, and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools such as Hootsuite.

  • Define most important social media KPIs

  • Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, HR, and Technology teams

Education and Required Experience: 

  • The candidate must have minimum 7+ yrs. of relevant work experience in a Digital Marketing Agency or from the marketing team of IT / BPO / KPO companies

  • Experience developing and managing social media strategies.

  • Able to explain complex social media data in an understandable way

  • General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content

  • Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform.

  • Proven ability to build social media communities.

  • Understanding of graphic design principles with hands on experience of working on tools like Canva and PowerPoint for creating social media graphics.

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Proficient using multi-social posting programs such as Hootsuite and HubSpot
