Social Media Specialist
Create, manage, and oversee social media strategies and content
Build actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube.
Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency.
Facilitate scaling of brand and company awareness through various social media channels
Creation and implementation of the monthly social media editorial calendar as per business goals and priorities.
Oversee, plan, and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools such as Hootsuite.
Define most important social media KPIs
Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, HR, and Technology teams
Education and Required Experience:
The candidate must have minimum 7+ yrs. of relevant work experience in a Digital Marketing Agency or from the marketing team of IT / BPO / KPO companies
Experience developing and managing social media strategies.
Able to explain complex social media data in an understandable way
General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content
Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform.
Proven ability to build social media communities.
Understanding of graphic design principles with hands on experience of working on tools like Canva and PowerPoint for creating social media graphics.
Excellent communication skills
Proficient using multi-social posting programs such as Hootsuite and HubSpot
