Sales Trainee, Account Manager


2 to 3 Years

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Working closely with Presales and Inside Sales Team and designing the marketing campaigns.

  • Actively pursue and hunt for new business opportunities in existing accounts.

  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement.

  • Network within the industry, market, and accounts to bring new client opportunities.

  • Co-sell and work collaboratively with all partners.

  • Communicate effectively at all client levels, including C-level decision-makers.

  • Understand client business and technical and specific needs.

  • Manage all phases of the business development cycles to successfully close new and existing opportunities (including proposal development, implementation, scope, and client presentations).

  • Proactively approach the market segment through active leadership in industry and community organizations.

  • Maintain and nurture client relationships to ensure additional business.

Education and Required Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration or 2- 3 years in sales, Customer Service or related field.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to develop and manage relations.

  • Proficiency in leadership and team management

  • Proficiency in standard software applications like Word documents, spreadsheets, slide decks, and CRM systems.
