Job Description

Experience: 6+ Years

Location: Hyderabad, India

Key Responsibilities: 

• Gather creative brief and inputs for design requirements.
• Research and conceptualize visuals based on the agreed brief.
• Presenting and illustrating ideas, concepts and design solutions to respective stakeholders and incorporating their feedback into the final design.
• Determining size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material, as well as font style and size
• Develop final layouts and graphics based on creative brief and feedback.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and as per brand guidelines.
• Deliver the final graphics to the respective stakeholder in appropriate formats.
• Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; and participating in professional societies.
• Producing video content for YouTube and other video platforms.
• Managing the production of video content (shooting, editing, uploading, optimizing, and adding effects) for use on the organization’s video channels.
• Leveraging interviews, testimonials, demos, and other storytelling styles to meet the needs of the target audience.
• Planning video concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
• Illustrating video concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.
• Preparing finished video by rendering through necessary tools and software.

Education and Required Experience: 

• Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Minimum 7 yrs. prior experience as a Graphic Designer as well as a strong portfolio of related projects.
• Possess a good knowledge of design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Adobe AfterEffects, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and Photoshop.
• Pay strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of 2D/3D Animation, Video Editing, voice synchronization, gifs and Motion Graphics and Graphic Designing.
• Good communication skills and can clearly articulate ideas, designs, and suggestions.
• The ability to understand the animation requirements from script or storylines.
• An excellent understanding of color, composition, and typography.
• Expert in design software and technologies (such as Corel Draw, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• A strong understanding of global design and trends.
