Inside Sales Team Lead (UK/Europe) – Hyderabad, India

Position: Inside Sales Team Lead – Full Time – 8+ years

Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the team of reps responsible for inside sales in Europe
  • Developing reports on sales metrics and providing suggestions for improvement
  • Conducting research to identify methods to enhance customer engagement
  • Ensuring sales and legal policies and procedures are met; a good understanding of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is required
  • Creating an environment of open and seamless communication with the team
  • Developing strong, long-term relationships with influencers (executives and IT managers)
  • Building and managing the inside sales pipeline efficiently to meet targets and company goals 
  • Performing a continuous assessment of market demand and competition to position Solunus offerings effectively
  • Gathering business objectives and requirements during initial qualification meetings with prospects and customers 
  • Meeting organizational objectives by managing the activities of the inside sales team in an effective manner

Education and Required Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in the inside sales domain; the experience must necessarily pertain to the acquisition of projects
  • Experience in working with European customers is a must
  • Experience in implementing GDPR guidelines is necessary
  • Exposure to or sound knowledge of ePrivacy Regulation (ePR) and ePrivacy Directive (ePD) is needed
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets 
  • Prior experience in selling and/or a thorough knowledge of CRM systems is highly desirable
  • A proven ability to establish credibility and build trusted advisor relationships with prospective decision-makers and senior buyers 
  • A history of successful participation in the sales cycle of large and complex opportunities, especially those related to offshore-based programs
  • An ability to collaborate with multiple teams (sales, pre-sales, and delivery) in different  regions across the world
  • Strong computer literacy and a bachelor’s degree is required
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
