Position: Sr. Salesforce Developer – Full Time – 7-10 years

Location: Dallas TX

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for systems analysis, technical design, coding, unit testing, data quality and documentation of the assigned project(s)
  • Work closely with Solution Architect, Business Analyst, Junior Developers, QA team and transform the requirements to produce detailed technical design documents to match the solution specifications
  • Play a key role in development activities as a technical expert in VisualForce, Apex, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, HTML/XML, JavaScript and other technologies to build customized solutions

Education and Required Experience:

  • At least four years of strong experience in Salesforce Force.com custom development using Visualforce, Apex – Classes, Triggers, Bulk Triggers, API based integration, Batch Apex, HTTP Callouts, Test Classes, Design Patterns, SOQL, SOSL, SOAP/REST Web Services
  • Strong in OOPs concepts, HTML/CSS, XML, JavaScript etc.
  • Should be strong in data modeling skills – Relational database design, ERD, normalization, indexing, SQL queries, etc. in at least a couple of platforms such as MS SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, MySQL, etc.
  • At least two years of Salesforce.com (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, AppExchange, Chatter) systems integration and implementation experience with external databases or third-party systems like MS SQL Server, Oracle, SAP, Magento, SharePoint, Box.com, Amazon Cloud Drive, Google Drive integration, etc.
  • Must have hands-on expertise in one or more of the following Integration technologies, e.g. Informatica, Jitterbit, Cast Iron, ODBC Connectors, etc. and API based integration, SOAP, REST Web Services
  • Must have SFDC certifications – DEV401 or DEV501.
  • Experience in data migration from other CRM software (at least one) – Siebel, SAP, ACT, PeopleSoft, NetSuite, etc.
  • Strong experience in code reviews, writing unit test classes, code coverage, build & deployment through change sets, Eclipse-based Force.com IDE
  • Admin Skills – Configuration, Customization, User Management, Security Access, Reports, Dashboards, Workflows, Approvals, Page Layouts, Record Types, Assignment Rules, Validation Rules, Object Relationships, Schema Builder, Desktop integration, Mobile integration, Data Import/Export, data management tools – data loader, workbench, etc.
  • Strong in problem-solving, analytical skills with the ability to learn quickly, adapt with priorities and business needs and self-organized with project delivery consciousness
  • Communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal forms

Other Desirable Skills (Not mandatory)

  • Programming languages/frameworks such as Java/JSP/PHP/C#.Net, JSON, JQuery, AJAX
  • Strong skills in data management including data capture, warehousing, segmentation, mining, storing, cleaning and security
  • Mavens Mate IDE, Migration tools, etc. and third party continuous integration tools like Jenkins, Cruise Control, etc.
  • Having a Sales Cloud/Service Cloud Consultant certification is an added advantage
  • Deep understanding and knowledge in web-based systems architecture, SOA, enterprise application architecture

Position: Solution Architect – Full Time – 12-15 years 

Location: Dallas, TX 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide design leadership in large or complex development projects involving application development, migrations, and additions to existing applications. Participate in project meetings with other technical staff and business owners and subject matter experts.
  • Assess and develop high-level design requirements for the project and communicate in writing or meetings with the development team. Assess detailed specifications against design requirements.

  • Build custom demonstrations and deliver Proof of Concepts (POC).

  • Develop and authorize technical business solutions, product presentations, and demonstrations.
  • Enhance Technical Core accomplishments and competence by planning the delivery of solutions; teaching improved processes; mentoring team members.
  • Frequently review the Project; update Management and ensure the best in all the projects that are assigned.
  • Flexible to work in CST timings (until 1 PM CST) during the Critical delivery times/ Pre-sales calls.

Education and Required Experience:

  • 12+ years relevant experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of architectural leadership experience and deep understanding of the SFDC product architecture.
  • Multiple (Platform Developer 1/401, Sales & Service Cloud) SFDC certifications preferred.
  • The candidate must have served as a solution architect for various enterprise application implementations including complex integrations.

Position: Head of Delivery – Full Time – 15-20 years

Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in application architecture design, high-level design of system components, technical review and technical documentation.
  • Thoroughly understand client requirements, design and develop the right solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with variable team size.
  • Guide the team technically to deliver timely and quality output.

  • More than 5 years of experience in executing projects in any one or more of the following technologies: Oracle Siebel, Oracle CX Cloud, MS-CRM, and Salesforce
  • Hands-on experience in implementing, managing Oracle Siebel, Oracle CX Cloud, MS- CRM, and Salesforce for SFA, Marketing and Service modules.
  • Candidates with CRM Certification will be preferred.
  • Good understanding of Enterprise Integration – like PRM, CRM, SFA, and ERP
  • Experiences with requirements gathering, documentation (business requirement, functional specification, as-is process, to-be process, gap analysis, user/training documentation, etc.), detailed systems, conducting and end-user training are in need.

Position: SFDC – Technical Architect – Full Time – 12-15 years

  • Participate in process flow analysis, and process redesign with AM/PM. Share best practices and be consultative to clients/teams
